My Story

My story starts in a place that might feel familiar: wanting to be loved, to belong, and not really knowing where to find that. From a young age, I experienced things I wasn’t prepared to carry, and by fourteen, I was already trying to cope in ways that slowly led me into addiction and patterns I didn’t know how to break.

What began as searching for connection turned into years of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and far from who I was created to be. I lived in that cycle for a long time, trying to hold things together on the outside while struggling internally.

But even in that place, God never stopped pursuing me. When I finally reached the end of myself, He met me there—not with shame or condemnation, but with mercy. That moment became the turning point that changed everything.

Healing didn’t happen overnight. It came one step at a time: through sobriety, accountability, learning how to care for my mind and body, and growing in my relationship with Christ. Slowly, what felt broken began to be restored. What I once saw as my past became part of my purpose.
Today, I’m a wife, a mom, and a woman who is passionate about helping other women who feel stuck or overwhelmed find real healing and direction. Through a Christ-centered, whole-person approach—mind, body, and spirit—I walk alongside others as they move from survival mode into freedom, clarity, and purpose.
